By playing Clash Of Guild you accept these terms.
Account
- On a phone, your account opens with your device when you start the game; on the web you sign up with Google, Apple or Telegram.
- We recommend linking your account to a sign-in method to protect your village; a village that isn't linked may be lost if you change devices.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure; trying to access someone else's account is forbidden.
Fair play and conduct
- Cheating, automation, exploiting bugs and using several accounts for an unfair advantage are forbidden.
- Insults, harassment, hate speech, sexual content and illegal content are forbidden in names, telegraphs and clan chat (see the community rules).
- Accounts that break these rules may be warned, muted, or suspended temporarily or permanently.
Virtual items
Gems and other in-game items can only be used in the game. They have no real-world value, can't be transferred and can't be exchanged for money. Purchases are subject to the rules of the store you buy from (Google Play, App Store).
The service
To improve the game we may change its content, rules and balance, and we may pause the game for maintenance. The game is provided "as is"; to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages.
