Deleting your account

You can delete your Clash Of Guild account and all of its game data at any time. You don't need to reinstall the app.

In the game (fastest)

1. Open the game (the app on your phone, app.clashofguild.com on the web, or the Mini App on Telegram).
2. Go to the Profile tab at the bottom.
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the Account card and confirm in two steps.

If you can't get into the game

Send an email with the subject "Account deletion" to support@clashofguild.com. Include your player ID (it starts with p-, in Profile › Account) or the sign-in method linked to your account (Google email, Telegram username…). Once we have confirmed the account is yours, we start the deletion for you.

What is deleted and how long it takes

• After you ask for deletion, your account is closed immediately and waits 30 days. If you sign in with the same method during that time, the deletion is cancelled.
• When the time is up, these are deleted permanently: your account, village and game save, save history, linked sign-in methods (Google, Apple, Telegram, Play Games), device records, sessions, in-game telegraphs and your reports.
• If you signed in with Apple, the app's link with your Apple account is also removed.

What is kept

• To prevent abuse of the account security reward, a one-way hash of the sign-in method that received the reward is kept (not the ID itself).
• The record of admin actions taken on your player ID may be kept in the admin audit log for legal obligations and security.
